- How do I book?
You can book online on our website at https://goportugaltransfers.com ,via whatsapp at +351935094597, or by sending us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . We don't accept walk-ins at our offices.
- Where do you operate in Portugal? Do you operate from Portugal to other countries too?
We operate all over the country, as we have vans and guides working from North to South. We also work to/from Portugal to other countries, especially Spain, transporting private groups to/from our country.
- How does the deposit and payment work?
Upon booking, you need to pay, with any major debit/credit cards ( Stripe option) or Paypal, 50% of the total value due. The remaining value is due 24hours before the start of the rental, that you can pay with Stripe or Paypal as well. If you book a transfer for less than 24hours, the total value is due upon booking.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal or any major debit/credit cards with our safe payment platform, "Stripe".
- How can I turn a transfer into a tour?
When you choose to turn your transfer into a tour ( you can do so on the "select a vehicle" screen), you'll be able to stop at any location(s) in the way of your transfer, adding 4 hours to the time of the service previously hired. As an example, if you are going from Porto to Lisbon, you can choose to stop in Coimbra or Fátima ( or both), to visit these - our chauffeurs, which are also guides, will be able to provide you with options for lunch or accompany you mid-way. The "Make it into a tour" option has a standard, flat rate of 200EUR ( per hired van) and adds 4 hours to the transfer you hired, allowing you to stop mid-way wherever for you to explore or enjoy a meal.
- What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime before the date of the transfer. If you cancel up to 24h before the start of the transfer, we'll keep 10% of the deposit as an administrative fee and will return the remaining value via using the same payment method you used upon booking. If you cancel less than 24h before the start date of the transfer, we'll keep 10% of the deposit as an administrative fee and will return the remaining value via using the same payment method you used upon booking.
